2. Scope

This privacy notice covers the current information website fungavia.com. The Fungavia app and its user features are not yet available. Before the related processing starts, we will publish the corresponding privacy information.

3. Hosting and server logs

This website is hosted by Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). Cloudflare delivers the site through a worldwide server network, so data may be transferred to the USA. This transfer is based on Cloudflare’s certification under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and the standard contractual clauses in Cloudflare’s Data Processing Addendum. On each visit, technically necessary data is processed (IP address, time, requested page, browser) to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is the secure and reliable operation of the website. Retention period: we do not store access logs ourselves and have not enabled log storage or web analytics at Cloudflare. Cloudflare processes the data as our processor only for as long as necessary to deliver and protect the site; Cloudflare does not publish a fixed period for this.

4. Cookies and third-party content

This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or advertising services and embeds no third-party content (e.g. fonts, videos, maps). Fonts, images, videos and map data are loaded from our own server.

5. Contact by email

If you write to us, we process your details to answer your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR). We delete them once they are no longer needed for this purpose, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

Messages to info@fungavia.com are forwarded via Cloudflare Email Routing (Cloudflare, Inc.) to the Gmail mailbox we use. The communication data needed for forwarding, the messages themselves and any attachments are processed. The mailbox is provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland; processing by Google LLC in the USA is possible, Google LLC is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

If you send us your preferred region, it is contained in your email. We only use it to count in which regions there is interest.

To protect against forged senders, we receive aggregate reports (DMARC) from email providers about messages sent in the name of fungavia.com. They contain mail servers, volumes and check results, but no message content.

6. Waiting list

The waiting list is not open yet. Signing up is not possible at the moment, and the website collects no data for it. Before it opens, we will add the provider, purposes and retention periods here.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in Italy the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.

8. Changes

Changes are documented on this page with a new date. The German, Italian and English versions are changed at the same time and with the same content.
